2. Return and Refund Policy
You have 30 days after receipt to return an unopened and unused product.
To initiate a return, email info@serialbiker.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the product.
Returns are not accepted for used or damaged products.
Gift cards and sale items are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we are at fault.

3. Shipping Times and Fees
Standard shipping in Quebec and Canada: 2 to 7 business days
Free shipping on all orders of $75 or more before taxes
International shipping is available to select countries (fees and delivery times calculated at checkout)
Once the package has been shipped, Serial Bikerᴹᴰ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
